How quickly can you send a Guardian? ▾
We typically confirm and dispatch within 2 to 4 hours for same-day bookings, or at your preferred date and time for scheduled missions. We operate Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
How are your Guardians vetted? ▾
Every Guardian goes through a personal video call, portfolio review of at least 3 past job photos, two reference calls where we speak to previous customers directly, and a 3-mission probationary period with mandatory feedback. Guardians below 4.0 stars are suspended immediately.
Do I pay before or after the job? ▾
Payment is required upfront before your Guardian is dispatched. This protects both you and our Guardians. You receive a full receipt and booking reference on payment confirmation.
What areas do you cover? ▾
We currently cover Sandton, Fourways, Rosebank, and Midrand in Johannesburg. We are expanding to more suburbs soon — WhatsApp us to check if we cover your area.
What if I am not happy with the mission? ▾
If a mission does not meet our standard we make it right — full refund or a complimentary redo. Reply to your booking WhatsApp and we resolve it the same day. No arguments, no delays.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards and instant EFT via our secure PayFast payment link. All payments are processed securely and you receive a digital receipt immediately.
Do you work on weekends? ▾
Yes — we operate Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
